An early morning devotion was held at the residence of Edo State Deputy Governor, Dr Pius Egberanmwen Odubu, to mark his 57th birthday anniversary.
The morning devotion was attended by family members, friends, political associates.
In his remarks, the deputy governor thanked God Almighty for elevating him to his present status in life. Odubu expressed gratitude to his parents, his wife, Deaconess Endurance Odubu, friends and political associates for their love and support for him over the years.
In an exhortation, Pastor Anthony Amaefule anchored his message on wisdom, which he said is necessary in making the right choices in life.
The cleric said God has given the deputy governor the wisdom to enable him continue to be relevant in the society.
On his part, Rev Father Andrew Obinyan, appreciated God for blessing the deputy governor with a supportive wife.
A crucial aspect of the morning devotion to commemorate the birthday anniversary was the presentation of congratulatory cards and the cutting of the birthday anniversary cake.
