Edo State chapter of One–on–One Network has offered to assist in mobilizing voters in Edo State for the actualization of Goodluck Jonathan’s victory in 2015 to enable him pursue his transformation agenda to a logical conclusion.

Edo State Coordinator of the group, Innocent Atarethen, made the promise while addressing journalists in Benin.

He said One-on One Network was a non-governmental organisation formed by a group of youths interested in good governance and youth employment.

He said the group with membership nationwide took the decision to drum up support for President Jonathan as a result of some of his recent steps to create employment for the youths, especially the reactivation of the railway system and the establishment of automobile industries in the country.

Atarethen pointed out that One-on-One Network’s interest in the re-election of President Jonathan was to ensure that his transformation agenda were not truncated by a new President who will want to start a new programme entirely.

According to him, members of One-on-One Network are not politicians but a group of youths who believes in what they can do for the country rather than what the country can do for them and since we are now convinced that the president is on right path, we have every reason not only to support him but also assist in mobilising other people to support him so that he can use the next four years to consolidate his transformation agenda.
