Oghara Youth Association in Oghara Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State has commended the immediate past administration in Delta state for his outstanding leadership especially the lifting of the ban on the youths activities in the Communities.
The ban which was placed on the youths two years ago by former Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan was said to have stopped their activities in the Communities but according to the acting Youth president, Comrade Favour Ededey, the lifting of the two years old ban has succeeded in bringing unity back to the Community.
Comrade Favour while expressing gratitude to ex Governor for the decision as well as the Ovie of Oghara for his wisdom also urged the youths to continue to maintain the peace they have been enjoying in the area so as to bring about the meaningful development.
“I also want to thank the local Government Chairman, Hon Solomon Golley for his display of wisdom during the period of the ban; we pray that God give him more wisdom.”
Comrade Favour while commending and congratulating Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, also assured him of working with the Government to bring about the desired change needed in the area.
“We are also promising to work with the security agencies, to make sure we eradicate criminals and kidnappers from the area to ensure there is peace in Oghara so as to bring about the right investors.”
