The Idisi family of Ovu, Ethiope East and Jesse, Ethiope West Local Government areas of Delta State has in Oviorie-Ovu, Ethiope East Local Government, attributed the sustenance of the Lonestar Drilling Company till date to the glory and special grace of God Almighty.
Chairperson of the Lonestar Drilling Company, Chief Margret Idisi, and her children, Lovette, Steady, and others gave these thanks to God during the remembrance of their late father, Chief Saturday Humphrey Idisi. The remembrance ceremony was graced by personalities across the state and members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from Ethiope East and West.
Lovette Idisi, a lawyer, is running for the House of Representatives to represent Ethiope Federal Constituency.
Mrs. Margret Idisi, who had a brief chat with newsmen, described the ceremony as wonderful, looking back to five years ago, saying she thought the family wouldn’t live till date because of different happenings here and there but that they are happy because God has been there for them.
“My most joy today is to see my children together and working for a common purpose to maintain the legacy that their father has maintained and all these is to the glory of God almighty that have kept the family intact for a memorable day like this.”
